Hand dyed, fingering/sock weight yarn of lilac and gray speckles. The yarn base is an 80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon that's perfect for socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, and shawls. The yarn works up in a slightly variegated pattern due to the speckling. This listing is for 1 skein of yarn and is ready to ship.

The inspiration behind this colorway is an odd one, to say the least. I was inspired by this colorway after haven awoken from a dream where I only remember seeing somethings in a light purple color. Really weird. So instead of trying to interpret what that dream meant in writing, I chose to put it on yarn. Here you have a Lilac color base with a dark mauve and grey sprinkled throughout. The colorway was worked up on fingering/sock weight yarn, perfect for scarves, shawls, sweaters, wraps, and baby items. I put my dream down on yarn. Maybe you can make your next dream project with it.

80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon

2 ply, Fingering/Sock Weight, 100 g, 399 yards

Handwash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

*Can request this colorway on a different yarn base/weight by placing a special-order request.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
