1. General questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and pay over- time through Affirm.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently support USD currency, Canadian currency, Mexico currency, Australian currency, and UK currency.

3. Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do. However, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it (in skeined form with all tags intact). If the yarn has been wound into a ball or altered in anyway, we cannot accept the return. 

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are usually confirmed within 14 days after we receive them.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

4. Other questions

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores.

Do you offer special order requests? 

Yes. You must inbox us at contact@woiyarns.com to put in a request. Special order requests can be on SOLD OUT items or if you want a certain colorway on a different yarn base. We can only support a certain amount of special order requests at one time, so be sure to inbox us to see if we have available order slots. A mininum of 2 skeins and a maximum of 20 skeins per order. This will allow us enough time to process all special requests in a timely manner. If you require more than 20 skeins, please feel free to request a 2nd order once we've had time to fully fulfill your 1st request.

Do you sell any other items on your online store?

We currently offer our hand dyed yarn and some knitted items, but that's not to say that we won't add more items to our online store in the future. We'll send out notifications on any new items we offer.
