Hand dyed, fingering/sock weight yarn with hues of blue, gray and purple set on an 80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon yarn. Perfect for socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, and shawls. The yarn works up in a variegated pattern. This listing is for 1 skein of yarn and is ready to ship.

Dawn. The first appearance of light. The beginning of a new day, and usually when I’m settling down to sleep because I’m a night owl. I do, however, appreciate a beautiful dawn sky. There’s a sense of calm and quiet at this time of day just before the sun fully rises. The Dawn colorway is meant to duplicate those cool, crisp early morning skies. Here we have hues of dark navy, light blue, purple, and gray. The yarn base used is a 2 ply, Fingering/Sock weight, Superwash Merino/Nylon blend that’s great for wraps, scarves, shawls, and if you're patient (😊), blankets.

80% Superwash Merino Wool / 20% Nylon

Fingering/Sock Weight, 2 ply, 100 g, 399 yards

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
