Hand dyed, fingering/sock weight yarn with a mixture of blue, green, gray and tan. The colors were poured and speckled onto an 80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon yarn that's perfect for socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, and shawls. The yarn works up in a variegated pattern. This listing is for 1 skein of yarn and is ready to ship.

Walks along the beach can be so relaxing. Some may even think of it as the perfect date. Whether it’s listening to the waving waters, the feel of sand between your toes, or sitting upon the shoreline rocks, the shore can be a place of tranquility and connection with nature. Our Along the Shore colorway was created to try to reflect the colors and beauty that can be found along the shore. Here, we’ve combined colors of blue, green, gray, and tan, representing land and water colors. A 2-ply sock weight yarn was used, so this yarn would be perfect for making socks, shawls, scarves, wraps, and other light weight items.

-80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon

-2-ply, Fingering/Sock Weight, 100 grams, 399 yards

-Handwash in cool water with a mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
