Life. What’s it truly mean? How do you define life? From your very first breath to your last and all your experiences in between- we all experience life. The ups and downs, moments of sheer joy and excitement, moments of fear and uncertainty, life experiences. But with life, there inevitably will be death.

Peaceful Passing is a colorway that was influenced by the hospice patients and families with which I have personally worked with. As a hospice case manager, I have helped patients and their families deal with terminal diagnoses and how to prepare for, well, death, and how to not fear it. I belief that no one should die alone or afraid and I adhere to a peaceful passing philosophy- to provide comfort, care, and someone by your side until the end. In this colorway, there are shades of brown, yellow, and silver with a speckling of blue, green, and gray.

I do hope that if you choose to pick up some of the Peaceful Passing colorway, whatever you decide to make, do it in honor of that special someone that has passed on, and put all your love into it. Let them know that you are thinking about them and will always love them.

100% Superwash Merino Wool

4-Ply, DK Weight, 246 yards, 100 grams

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process. 

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
