There’s something about the feel of the sun on your skin. The energizing warmth it generates along with the health benefits that come along with catching some rays in moderation. A real mood booster.  The Soak Up the Sun colorway was inspired by that big, bright star that shines down on us while we’re at play or just laying out on that beach chaise lounge chair, soaking it all in. We wanted to keep the colors close to those warm and bright colors that we associate with the sun. Here we’ve applied hues of orange, yellow, and cream onto a 2 ply, fingering/sock weight yarn. The yarn is an 80% Superwash Merino Wool and 20% Nylon, perfect for making a warm colored pair of socks or any other lightweight item of your choice.

-80% Superwash Merino Wool/20% Nylon

-2-ply, Fingering/Sock Weight, 100 grams, 399 yards

-Handwash in cool water with a mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
