There’s something about seeing a fully stocked, colorful fruit section in a grocery store that sparks my interest and inspires me to try to re-create their beauty onto yarn. Mango is a fruit that comes in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. In the Mango Colorway, I used 3 colors to represent the colorful skin of a mango. Here we have a deep magenta, a vibrant green, and a deep brown with a slightly purplish hue. The combination of these colors gives this colorway an earthy, colorful vibe. It was worked up on worsted weight yarn and can be used to make hats, scarves, sweaters, and blankets.

100% Superwash Merino Wool

Worsted Weight, 4 ply, 218 yards, 100 grams

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
