Pumpkin's Fury

Hand dyed, fingering/sock weight, Halloween inspired yarn with hues of orange and a misting of black. The yarn is a 70% Superwash Merino Wool/30% Nylon blend that's perfect for socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, blankets, and shawls. The yarn works up in a slightly variegated pattern. Pumpkins. Good for making desserts, drinks, and your health. They are also used to make one of Halloween’s favorite scary decorations- the Jack-O-Lantern. Now, some people like to make cute, funny little Jack-O-Lanterns. Some like to carve intricate designs into their gourds. I especially like the scary one. You know, the ones that look like they are trying to steal your soul when you’re out trick or treating lol 😊. Our Pumpkin’s Fury Colorway was dyed with 2 fiery orange hues and has a light misting of black throughout, giving a “burned” feeling to the yarn. This colorway was worked up on sock weight yarn and would make a fiery pair of socks for Halloween, or any other lightweight garment of your choice.

- 70% Superwash Merino Wool / 30% Nylon

- 4 ply, Fingering/Sock Weight Yarn, 100g, 437 yards

- Handwash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

*If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process. 

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
