We all know the importance of trees and their benefits, but most of the time we’re just really in awe of their beauty. From the Oak to the mighty Redwoods and all in between, trees are just magnificent, and when Autumn arrives the foliage is just breathtaking.  The Red Maple is one of those trees that displays some of the most brilliant Fall foliage. In our Red Maple colorway, we used a combination of reds from amethyst to a deepened red with a bit of brown throughout. It was worked up on bulky weight yarn, so it’s perfect for making that Fall hat or scarf or whatever cool whether item you want to make.

100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool

Bulky Weight, 2 ply, 109 yards, 100 grams

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Dry flat.

If using more than 1 skein in a project, it is highly recommended to alternate between skeins every few rows, as there will be variations between skeins due to the hand dyeing process.

**Darker colored, highly saturated yarn, may have some color release when washed. Highly recommend to hand wash again before starting your project. Mixing wash with distilled white vinegar or a small amount of rubbing alcohol will help. Helpful to add color catcher sheets to your wash.
