Special Orders
Special Order Requests on SOLD OUT items, semi-solid colors, and different yarn base: All requests/inquiries must be sent via email to contact@woiyarns.com to see if there are available request slots. A minimum of 2 skeins per order. Wholesale orders are accepted. Payment must be issued at the time of the order request. We will create your order manually in our system and email an invoice with a link to make your payment. Time frame to fully process special orders is 10-15 business days, possibly sooner depending on demand at the time. Larger, wholesale orders may take a little longer to process. Will set up approximate processing dates for wholesale orders. We will try to only allow a certain number of special orders at one time so that they can be processed and sent out in a timely manner.
SEMI-SOLID COLORS: We can work up semi-solid colors right now on Fingering/Sock, DK, Worsted, and Bulky weight yarn. The same process applies for SEMI-SOLID COLOR requests as for SPECIAL/ SOLD OUT items (see above).
